How to reconstitute Hexarelin

  1. Swab the rubber stopper of the Hexarelin vial and the bacteriostatic water vial with an alcohol wipe.
  2. Draw 2 ml of bacteriostatic water into a syringe.
  3. Inject it slowly down the inside wall of the Hexarelin vial, not directly onto the powder.
  4. Swirl gently until the powder fully dissolves. Do not shake. Shaking can damage the peptide.
  5. Keep the unreconstituted vial at 2 to 8 degrees C.

There is no approved dose. Because it is potent, community protocols often cite lower amounts than other GHRPs, on the order of 100 mcg subcutaneously, and warn against running it continuously because the GH response tends to fade. Human dose-response work used 1 to 2 mcg/kg subcutaneously, and GH release saturates above roughly 2 mcg/kg, so larger doses do not produce proportionally larger pulses. Hexarelin has only ever been used as an acute GH-stimulation probe, never as a chronic therapy. It also raises cortisol, ACTH, and prolactin, and the GH response desensitises within about two weeks of repeated dosing.
