How to reconstitute Hexarelin
- Swab the rubber stopper of the Hexarelin vial and the bacteriostatic water vial with an alcohol wipe.
- Draw 2 ml of bacteriostatic water into a syringe.
- Inject it slowly down the inside wall of the Hexarelin vial, not directly onto the powder.
- Swirl gently until the powder fully dissolves. Do not shake. Shaking can damage the peptide.
- Keep the unreconstituted vial at 2 to 8 degrees C.
Hexarelin concentration by water volume
Hexarelin is commonly supplied in 2 mg vials. The concentration depends only on how much bacteriostatic water you add. More water lowers the concentration and makes small doses easier to measure.

Hexarelin dosing
There is no approved dose. Because it is potent, community protocols often cite lower amounts than other GHRPs, on the order of 100 mcg subcutaneously, and warn against running it continuously because the GH response tends to fade. These figures come from practice and early research, not from modern dose-finding trials. Storing reconstituted Hexarelin
Keep the unreconstituted vial at 2 to 8 degrees C. Once mixed, refrigerate and protect from light. No manufacturer in-use stability data exists.
Human dose-response work used 1 to 2 mcg/kg subcutaneously, and GH release saturates above roughly 2 mcg/kg, so larger doses do not produce proportionally larger pulses. Hexarelin has only ever been used as an acute GH-stimulation probe, never as a chronic therapy. It also raises cortisol, ACTH, and prolactin, and the GH response desensitises within about two weeks of repeated dosing.

Hexarelin reconstitution FAQ
Draw 2 ml of bacteriostatic water into a syringe, inject it slowly down the inside wall of the Hexarelin vial, and swirl gently until the powder dissolves. Do not shake. The concentration is the vial size in mg times 1,000, divided by the millilitres you added.
2 ml for a 2 mg vial gives 1,000 mcg/ml. More liquid makes small doses easier to measure accurately. The calculator shows the concentration for any volume you choose.
Units to draw equals your dose in mcg divided by the concentration in mcg/ml, times 100 on a U-100 insulin syringe. At 1,000 mcg/ml, a 70 mcg dose is 7 units.
