How to reconstitute Survodutide
- Swab the rubber stopper of the Survodutide vial and the bacteriostatic water vial with an alcohol wipe.
- Draw 1 ml of bacteriostatic water into a syringe.
- Inject it slowly down the inside wall of the Survodutide vial, not directly onto the powder.
- Swirl gently until the powder fully dissolves. Do not shake. Shaking can damage the peptide.

Survodutide dosing
There is no approved dose because survodutide is not an approved drug. In trials it is given as a once-weekly subcutaneous injection, titrated up gradually over several weeks to limit gastrointestinal side effects, in the same way other incretin drugs are ramped. Any dosing figures come from clinical protocols, not a label, and it is only legitimately available inside a trial. Do not treat trial numbers as instructions. Not approved. These are trial doses, not a weekly ladder. Survodutide requires unusually long titration because of its glucagon-receptor activity: phase 2 escalated over 16 to 20 weeks. Reading the five doses above as consecutive weeks would be badly wrong. Phase 3 SYNCHRONIZE-1 used 3.6 mg and 6.0 mg maintenance.

Survodutide reconstitution FAQ
Draw 1 ml of bacteriostatic water into a syringe, inject it slowly down the inside wall of the Survodutide vial, and swirl gently until the powder dissolves. Do not shake. The concentration is the vial size in mg times 1,000, divided by the millilitres you added.
