How to reconstitute GHRP-2

  1. Swab the rubber stopper of the GHRP-2 vial and the bacteriostatic water vial with an alcohol wipe.
  2. Draw 2 ml of bacteriostatic water into a syringe.
  3. Inject it slowly down the inside wall of the GHRP-2 vial, not directly onto the powder.
  4. Swirl gently until the powder fully dissolves. Do not shake. Shaking can damage the peptide.
  5. Keep the unreconstituted vial at 2 to 8 degrees C.

GHRP-2 concentration by water volume

GHRP-2 is commonly supplied in 5 mg vials. The concentration depends only on how much bacteriostatic water you add. More water lowers the concentration and makes small doses easier to measure.

There is no approved dose for these uses. Community and clinic protocols commonly reference roughly 100 to 300 mcg subcutaneously, once to a few times per day, often before sleep or around training. These numbers come from practice and early research, not from modern dose-finding trials, so treat them as convention rather than validated medicine. Keep the unreconstituted vial at 2 to 8 degrees C. Once mixed, refrigerate and protect from light. No published in-use stability data exists.

Human data is limited to acute single-dose GH-provocation testing at around 1 mcg/kg, roughly 70 to 100 mcg for a 70 kg adult. There is no chronic-use dosing evidence, and the 100 to 300 mcg protocols in circulation are community convention. GHRP-2 also elevates prolactin and cortisol.

How do you reconstitute GHRP-2?

How much bacteriostatic water do I add to GHRP-2?
